You will require just 3 Pieces of training equipment for this program that can be purchased cheaply online (amazon) or at your local sports store:
1) Suspension Trainer (eg TRX) - you can pick these up online for about €20 and they are a great tool to train at home or in the gym. (These can be attached on any most the home doors in less than 10 seconds or anchored to a sturdy wall or bar.
2) Pair of Dumbbells - You should get a pair of dumbells between 2kg -5kg depending on your current strength level - you can pick up a pair online for about €30-35 depending on weight.
3) Kettlebell - We will use this to build strength as we go through the course (recommended weight 8-10kg) - you can pick up one online for about €20 depending on weight.
